Adult Leaders are very important, but in our Scout Programs, uniquely, they do not make decisions about what activities our Scouts participate in. 

They are always on hand to ensure health and safety and to counsel our Scouts when they need help.  Our Adult Leaders empower our Scouts to make their own choices.
