Why is it important for the Scout Programs of Adventure Scouts USA to be inclusive and nondiscriminatory?

We monitor and encourage suggestions both on an anonymous and identified basis.  Additionally, there is a formal grievance procedure to ensure our policies and guidelines are appropriately implemented.  We take specific and reasonable steps to achieve fair and equitable treatment of all.
